Hi, just wanna give a few feedbacks on the site.

 

The redesigned layout is much better than the previous one, as the previous one looks piled up together.

 

Also, I noticed the links and ads you placed on the right side. Apparently the green box seems to be out of place in your site.

If you could edit  the ads unit to blend in with the site better.

 

You can consider add more ads on the right as there’re still spaces there. My suggestion is place Nuffnang ads there?

I see that you update the Chinese blog quite frequently, which is good. Personally I think that if you could create a mirror blog, same content but in English, it can possibly boost the sales too. You see, not everyone can read Chinese, and you don’t want to loss the potential customers too. 

 

For the nature of your business, keeping your blog updated frequently is a good way to attract new customers as well as keep old customers updated with new products.

 

That’s it I want to say for now, I’ll write in again if I’ve any comments on the site.

I just found out that there’s new magic cup available in Heartbeat now. It’s much better than the previous one because it’s printed with various patterns instead of just plain black. If you look carefully at the plain black magic mug, you can see the hidden messages/pictures on the mug but with patterns printed ones, it’s not that noticeable because people would just think that the cup is just printed with patterns. It will be a very good surprise gift for your loved ones.

Oh… Heartbeat had just revamped their website not long ago and added many new gift options in there. Why don’t you go and check them out. I’m sure you will find something that you like.
