Valentines Day – How to Make That Special Gift More Memorable

Thursday, February 4th, 2010

Ahhh, Valentines Day… the day of love. Well, okay — Valentines Day is just kind of a made up holiday. But, it is definitely here now, and if you think you can get away with not giving your favorite gal something special, be prepared for random wrath to haunt you until next year when you will surely get it right. In order to make this day a memorable one, it is always fun to surprise your Valentine, even when they think they know what they are getting.

This is not about the actual gift, but how you give it. Did she have something specific in mind? Are you planning on asking her to marry you, to be an exclusive couple or just simply give a very special gift to make her smile? Don’t just wrap it. Make her pay for suffering through this holiday! (just kidding). Be romantic, and hide her gift in something else, like a secret book box.

There are products you can buy that are secret stash boxes hand crafted from of real books. They hollow out the book so that while it still looks like the same book on the outside, it has a secret compartment on the inside. Wouldn’t it be cool to buy her favorite type of book, wrap it up, yet have the real gift still hiding on the inside? I guarantee if you presented a gift in this manner she would never forget it.

The best part about hiding the gift in the book box is that after Valentines Day it can be used year round. The book boxes are great for office and home. They can be placed inconspicuously on bookshelves, desks, coffee tables, side tables and anywhere else you might display a book. They are great for keeping keys and valuable where most people would never look.

So, this Valentines Day, if you really want to give your Valentine a big surprise, hide the gift in something useful and unique. It doesn’t even have to be a book box, just get creative!

Here is where you can find how to get a secret book box, plus resources for other personal and unique gifts.
